How to Set Up Your Designs

In the Catalogue, go to the “Add New Design” section.

1. Enter a Design Name and an optional Description.

2. Upload design image Format: Use JPG, PNG, or WEBP files.

Supported image sizes (in pixels):

• 512×512
• 1024×1024
• 2048×2048
• 4096×4096

3. Performance Tip:

The lighter the image, the faster it loads in the configurator

WEBP format is recommended for complex images like landscapes or portraits with millions of colors.
• You can find free JPG/PNG to WEBP converters online if needed, or in Photoshop “save as”.

4. Using Alpha Channels (for simpler images), if necessary:

If you’re working with simpler designs (like those shown bellow), you can use Alpha Channels to let users customize colors within the same drawing. This is commonly used in serigraphy (screen printing).

• 4.1 An Alpha Channel is a black and white image where the white areas can take on multiple colors.
• 4.2 A design can include 1, 2, or 3 Alpha Channels, each representing a different part of the design. Each channel allows for independent color customization—similar to using multiple screens in traditional serigraphy.
